Carpe Diem is the third studio album from Mexican pop singer Belinda. The album is primarily electropop music for dancing, a more mature sound than previous albums. The album debuted on the Billboard Top Latin Albums at number 12, number 3 in the Latin pop albums and number 21 on the Top Heatseekers Album. In Mexico, entered at No. 7 and No. 5 in the category in Spanish. 
On March 25, two days after its release, Belinda was certified gold by offering an autograph session in Mexico City, more than 30,000 copies sold. The name of the carpe diem album comes from the Latin language, a phrase that literally means "Long live the day" or "Seize the day", coined by the Roman poet Horace.
Belinda composed, coordenor credited the image, along with his father, executive producer of the album. The album's lead single, "Egoísta" released on February 8, a collaboration with Cuban rapper Pitbull, who also appears in the English version of the song. The song peaked at number 28 at the Billboard Hot Latin Songs, on Billboard's Latin Rhythm chart the song peaked at number nine making it her first top ten on the chart.

Utopía is the second studio album by Spanish-born Mexican recording artist Belinda. It was released on October 3, 2006 by EMI Televisa Music in Mexico and Latin America and later released on September 17, 2007 to Europe and the United States as Utopía². Recording sessions for the album took place during March to August 2006 at several recording studios, and production was handled primarily by Greg Wells, Greg Kurstin, Mitch Allan, Jimmy Harry and Lester Mendez. As of June 2008, the album had sold 1 million copies worldwide. Upon its release, Utopía received generally positive reviews from most music critics which noted a more mature sound and earned Belinda a Latin Grammy nominations for Best Female Pop Album and Song of the Year. It was re-released as Utopía² on September 25, 2007.

Belinda is the self-titled debut studio album by Spanish-born Mexican recording artist Belinda. The album was certified triple platinum and gold in Mexico on March 11, 2005 topping many countries including Mexico. The album was produced by Mauri Stern, Robin Barter, Graeme Pleeth and Rudy Pérez. It included hit singles such as "Lo Siento", "Boba Niña Nice", and "Ángel", the single "Vivir", was also chosen as the main theme song for Corazones al Límite, a soap opera that she briefly appeared in. There were multiple releases of the album from 2003 through 2004, including remixes and bonus tracks. Belinda debuted at number #8 on the Mexican Albums Chart in August 2003. It topped the chart for 4 weeks in 2004, and 4 weeks in 2005. The album was certified Gold on September 7, 2003/ Platinum on November 25, 2004; Platinum+Gold on December 21, 2004; Double Platinum on February 5, 2004; Double Platinum+Gold on September 1, 2004; Triple Platinum on March 11, 2005; Triple Platinum+Gold on November 2, 2005.
